Online Hotel Reservation FAQ’s

What does the Package include?

Entitle customer for one room for two night's hotel accommodation at the mentioned destinations for two adults and two children under the age of 8 years sharing the same room without extra bed.

In addition to the hotel accommodation the customer will also get free meal worth Rs 1000/-(One Thousand only) as per the menu card of hotel during Domestic stay and while availing the hotel accommodation at International destinations the customer will get free breakfast only.

What is the validity of the Package?

Travel package is valid till for one year from the date of purchase. Request to avail the online hotel reservation must submit us on or before 365 days from the date of purchase and hotel stay must be availed within 1 month from the date of expiry. Check the T & C in the online reservation form.

Can I book for 2 different packages in continuity?

No, you cannot book for 2 different packages in continuity.

What is the process I need to follow to avail the package?

Step 1: Decide on 1 destinations and 2 dates flexible with a gap of minimum 7 days in between.

Step 2: Submit online request minimum 21 days prior to the 1st date of travel at

Step 3: Your booking will be confirmed within 7 days of receipt of your online request & you will be intimated about the destination booked via SMS & E-Mail both and you will be provided the hotel name 3 days prior to the check in date. Receive your confirmation of Hotel booking voucher on E - Mail.

How will you decide on destination and date options given by me?

In the online booking request form the eligible customer must state 1 destination and 2 different dates with minimum 7 days difference between the departure dates. Our booking team will use reasonable endeavors to book you in any available combination and/or sequence (L1-D1, L1-D2) from your chosen dates and/or destinations. In the unlikely event of none of the combination/sequence being available our booking team shall offer alternate destination or date at their absolute discretion which may be before or after the preferred dates opted by the customer. Such an alternative offer shall fulfil all promotional obligations to the customer.

Is it mandatory that both the travelers have to be customer to avail travel package?

No, only one of the travelers needs to be a customer other can be a non-customer.

Can I transfer the benefits of this package to any other person?

The travel privilege is only for the registered customer. It is a non-transferable package.

Can I plan my trip before I receive my travel package?

It is advised not to plan your trip before you receive your travel package because the request for confirmation of hotel booking must reach us minimum 21 days prior to the date of travel.

When and how will I get the hotel booking Confirmation?

Your booking will be confirmed within 7 days of receipt of your online request & you will be intimated about the destination booked via SMS & E-Mail both and you will be provided the hotel name 3 days prior to the check in date. You will receive the hotel name through SMS & E-mail alongwith the Hotel Confirmation Voucher 3 days prior to the check in date.

If I take a Package then which category accommodation will I receive?

The hotels offered are deluxe category hotels where ever possible. The hotels offered are selected keeping in mind general taste and convenience of travellers.

What is the check in and check out time at the hotel?

General check in time at the hotel is 2.00 pm and check out time is 12.00 noon. It is up to the hotel to decide to provide you early check in or late check out if required. Service Provider shall not be responsible for the same.

In case of an extra person what are the conditions and availability of extra bed?

In case of child age below 8 years. No Extra Charges (accommodation without extra bed shall be provided).

For Adult/child above 8 years of age. Extra person charges are applicable as per hotel norms and are to be paid directly to concerned hotel.

Is there an exclusion period or time when we can not avail this package?

Yes, there is an exclusion period for each destination.

  • • Hill Stations and Pilgrims - 1st May to 30th June and 20th Dec to 5th Jan
  • • Deserts, Beaches, National Parks and International Destinations - 1st Dec to 20th Jan except Goa.
  • • The online hotel reservation at for all category will be restricted for 2 days prior and 2 days afterwards of all long weekends, National Holidays and festivals. For Example - Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Gandhi Jayanti (2nd October), Independence Day (15th August), Republic Day (26th January) etc.

If I have multiple packages can I avail more nights of hotel stay?

No, you cannot club multiple package to avail more nights of hotel stay.

What is the Hotel booking Cancellation Procedure?

No, the hotel booking once confirmed cannot be cancelled.

For any reason if I am not able to use my confirmed hotel booking, is there any way in which I can rebook the same?

Hotel booking once confirmed cannot be altered or modified. In case the customer does not utilize the booking no alternate option is offered.

If I avail the international travel package then what facilities will be made available to me?

If availing international travel package hotel accommodation along with breakfast at the hotel shall be provided.

Can I break hotel stay to book two nights at one destination and balance one night on second destination?

Regret this is not permitted. Against a single voucher you are entitled for holiday at single. You cannot break room nights to avail stay at two different locations.

If a person wants to utilize less nights out of two nights allocated for a hotel stay, will he be able to get any additional facility from hotel?

If in any case instead of 2 nights the customer wants to utilize less nights, no other facility from Company or hotel's end will be provided to the customer. He will not be authorized to utilize his pending nights later on or club these nights with any other category online hotel reservation.

Can I club the benefits of package with any other package?

No, you cannot club any two different kinds of packages.

Are there any hidden charges which one may have to face later on?

There will not be any hidden charges or surprise cost payable by the customer.
